UK-based soft drinks company Qibla Cola will be exhibiting its range of products at the largest UK lifestyle exhibition, Mela 2003 from Friday 10th October to Sunday 12th October. The three day cultural event will take place at Wembley Exhibition Halls 1, 2 & 3 in London. Directors from the board of Qibla Cola will be present throughout the event.
The full range of products produced by the soft drinks company will be available on the day. "The Qibla Cola Company is here to provide consumers from within the ethnic community and all people of conscience with an alternate brand of popular soft drinks - a real alternative,"said company founder Zahida Parveen.
Products of the Qibla Cola Company are now available from retailers throughout the UK including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Bradford, Nottingham, Leicester, Leeds and Glasgow.
"People from the ethnic community in the UK are increasingly concerned by the practices of the major multinationals that support unjust causes," said chief business development officer Mohammed Haider.
"They are now questioning the role these brands play in societies across the globe. Qibla Cola represents the conscious choice for people who reject injustice and exploitation. Consumers appreciate the way Qibla Cola products taste and look whilst knowing that their money will contribute to worthy causes."
The company claims to give 10 per cent of all profits made to world causes. Qibla Cola has paired up with charities working in health, education and medical research that work in a variety of places across the globe.
