Orange & Raspberry and Orange & Passion Fruit varieties have been added to the chilled juice drink's range - it is the fifth-largest brand in this category.
And after a year of trials, vitamins A, C, D and E have now been added to Sunny D, which claims to contain no artificial colors, preservatives or sweeteners.
The new flavors will sit alongside existing Florida and California varieties.
Sunny D is sold in 200ml 'lunchbox friendly' cartons, and James Logan, commercial director at Gerber Juice Company, said his company was proud of the new range.
"We carried out extensive research and product trials with parents and children who helped to guide us towards the new flavors and the new look for Sunny D," Logan said.
"Sunny D is all about a simple moment of enjoyment and we feel the new packs reflect that."
The Sunny D brand is owned by the Sunny Delight Beverages Co. but Gerber Foods is responsible for UK manufacturing, distributing and marketing.
