Kliklok top load cartoning equipment for tea expands in the Middle East
The company will demonstrate its ECT500 glue form carton erector and C1F carton closer, with single flap, tuck-in cartons – a style favoured by tea producers.

Live demonstrations will be carried out using cartons used by AMS Baeshen & Co – famous for its flagship ‘Rabea Tea’ brand.
The company, based in Saudi Arabia, uses Kliklok’s top load cartoning equipment at its manufacturing facility in Jeddah to pack speciality teas, available in over 14 markets regionally and worldwide.

Four-corner styles to unusual shaped packages
The ECT500 can handle a variety of carton tray designs from four-corner styles to unusual shaped packages.
It uses a four-station rotary turret to provide carton feeding, glue application, carton forming and finished carton ‘strip off’.
It glues the application with either a nozzle jet system or open pot ‘dauber’, depending on the customer’s preference.
Kliklok will also showcase the ECT500 integrated with its C1F closer – a medium to high speed automatic closer for hinge cover single flap cartons, where the cover tuck flap is inserted inside the front wall of the carton.
