BlueTriton Brands has appointed Kheri Holland Tillman, a veteran CPG sales and marketing executive, as Chief Marketing Officer.
With more than 20 years of consumer and customer marketing experience and a proven track record of achievement in retail, ecommerce, technology, food and beer, Tillman has driven national and global integrated business strategies for an array of prominent brands such as Jell-O, electronics maker JBL and Dos Equis.
Prior to joining BlueTriton Brands, Tillman was Vice President of Global Development and Marketing Services at Harman International where she led a global team of marketers responsible for the creation of all global consumer communication through advertising, creative and marketing assets. She also spearheaded the development of global platforms such as the NBA and Grammys and worked with several brand ambassadors including Doja Cat and Steph Curry for the company’s premium audio brands and technologies.
Tillman also held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Heineken USA where she oversaw the highly popular Dos Equis “Most Interesting Man in the World” marketing campaign that resulted in year-over-year double digit growth of the brand for six straight years. Then, as Heineken’s Vice President of Trade Marketing and Sales Strategy, she led the strategy and programming that elevated Heineken’s in-market approach and produced winning brand performance, including the creation of retail programs with 360 activation that drove retail activity across the portfolio.
She is a graduate of Spelman College. She also obtained an MBA degree in Marketing and Managing Strategy from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
BlueTriton Brands, created in April last year following the acquisition of most of Nestle Waters North America’s bottled water brands by One Rock Capital Partners in partnership with Metropoulos & Co, offers a portfolio of packaged spring water and other water brands including Poland Spring, Deer Park, Ozarka, Ice Mountain, Zephyrhills, Arrowhead, Origin Natural Spring Water, Saratoga Spring Water, AC+ION Alkaline Water, Pure Life, Splash Blast Flavored Water Beverage and Splash Fizz Fruit Flavored Sparkling Water Beverage. BlueTriton Brands also owns and operates ReadyRefresh, a customizable water and beverage delivery service.
Based in Stamford, Connecticut, BlueTriton Brands and its affiliates in the United States and Canada employ approximately 6,600 associates.
Ulrica Fearn will join Carlsberg as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board. She will replace Heine Dalsgaard, with the switch-over taking place at the end of this year.
Fearn is described as a seasoned international finance executive who, since 2021, has served as the CFO of Equinor, Norway. Equinor, operating in more than 30 countries, is the leading Norwegian energy company with a revenue of approximately $88bn, more than 21,000 employees and a market value of more than $100bn. Before joining Equinor, Ulrica was Director, Group Finance at the British telecommunications company, BT.
She began her career at Diageo, where she spent almost 20 years in various senior finance and other management roles across Europe, APAC, and the USA.
IBD members have voted in favor of electing Raphaël Grisoni and David Cook as new Trustees, and Will Calvert as Honorary Treasurer, taking over from Nigel Fitch who has overseen the IBD’s financial responsibilities since 2016.
These changes also come with the re-election of Bhavya Mandanna as President of the IBD for her second year and Megan Sheehy as Deputy President for her first term, after holding this role temporarily.
The Board of Trustees collectively encompass a wealth of knowledge and specialisation in both technical and commercial facets of the industry and demonstrates the global reach of the IBD. From Australia, Megan Sheehy, General Manager – Classification at Grains Australia, brings expertise in malting and brewing, and leadership experience in running charitable organisations.
Raphaël Grisoni, newly appointed General Manager for Remy Cointreau Canada, has commercial experience in Scotch whisky and champagne and led Mount Gay Distillery in Barbados for 14 years as the Managing Director.
This industry experience is complemented by the technical and academic knowledge of David Cook, AB InBev Professor of Brewing Science at the University of Nottingham and liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Brewers. Cook has been involved in the IBD examinations program since 2007 and provides expertise on modern educational standards that will enable the IBD to develop its value proposition and support the IBD Chartership endeavours.
Will Calvert, Managing Director, and co-founder of Windsor & Eton Brewery, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He combines a technical brewing background and network across both the mainstream and craft sectors with broader senior financial and operations management experience.
The other Trustees in the IBD Board are Steve Price, Honorary Associate Professor at University of Nottingham, Sandra Stelma, Process Capacity Agility and Futures Manager at Diageo, and David Smith, Brewing Consultant.

FEMSA and Coca-Cola FEMSA have announced that John Santa Maria Otazua will retire from his position as Coca-Cola FEMSA’s Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2023. Ian Craig García, currently CEO of Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil, will become Coca-Cola FEMSA’s Chief Executive Officer.
Otazua has had a ‘remarkable trajectory’ of 27 years at Coca-Cola FEMSA, playing various key roles as the company evolved and gew. In his role as CEO since 2014, he was instrumental in guiding Coca-Cola FEMSA through a profound operational and digital transformation that positioned the company to deliver sustainable long-term value creation, as it expanded its geographic reach to include more territories in Brazil, Guatemala, and Uruguay.
García has been an ‘outstanding member’ of the FEMSA team for 28 years, with increasing responsibilities at Coca-Cola FEMSA since 2003. Working closely with Otazua, he has been CEO of Coca-Cola FEMSA Brazil since 2016.
Concurrently, Alfonso Garza Garza will retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer of FEMSA Strategic Businesses on January 1, 2023. Constantino Spas Montesinos, currently Chief Financial Officer of Coca-Cola FEMSA, has been appointed to become Chief Executive Officer of FEMSA Strategic Businesses as of the same date.
Garza has enjoyed a career of 37 years at several of FEMSA’s business units, serving as Chief Executive Officer of our Strategic Businesses unit since 2012. At this role, Alfonso has been instrumental in the growth of our refrigeration, logistics and distribution operations, including the promising growth opportunity currently being pursued through the Envoy Solutions platform. Alfonso has also played an active leadership role in FEMSA’s pursuit of social value through his role at the FEMSA Foundation and the Board of Directors of Monterrey Tec. For his part, Montesinos joined Coca-Cola FEMSA in 2018, bringing with him extensive international and industry experience. At Coca-Cola FEMSA, he has held senior positions in Strategic Planning, New Business Development and most recently as CFO.

Global wine company WX Brands has announced that Peter Byck will transition from his role as CEO and will be succeeded by Oliver Colvin, COO, effective January 1, 2023.
After 23 years founding and leading WX Brands, Peter Byck says ‘the time is right’ for the move to Oliver Colvin, a 22-year veteran of the company. Colvin has held various positions at WX Brands as head of operations, head of international sales as well as the company’s US sales. Most recently, he has been the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, a position he has held for 10 years.
WX Brands, a top 13 US wine company with global distribution to 20 countries and 4 million cases sold annually, is looking to continued growth under Colvin’s leadership. Last year, the Bemberg Family Group announced their Terold investment group purchased a majority stake in WX Brands. The company also owns Grupo Peñaflor, the leading Argentine wine company, as well as a distribution and production agreement for Diageo’s spirits products in Argentina.
Byck will continue to be an individual shareholder and will serve as senior advisor to the board of directors of WX Brands following the transition.
The Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company has elected three new corporate officers.
Felix Poh has been elected vice president. He oversees strategy and corporate development. Poh, who joined the company in January, came to Coca-Cola after an extensive career with McKinsey & Co., which included global projects on behalf of Coca-Cola in China, Japan and many other countries.
Neeraj Tolmare has been elected vice president. He is global chief information officer and oversees the company’s information, data and digital organizations, closely partnering with Platform Services. Tolmare joined the company in 2018 as global head of Digital & Innovation. His career includes prior executive roles at HP Inc., Cisco Systems, Palm Inc. and Infosys Consulting leading digital, commerce and technology organizations.
Mark Westfall has been elected vice president. He is chief services officer, also within Platform Services. He oversees a global organization that provides support for finance; procurement; supply chain and technical; marketing and public affairs, communications and sustainability; human resources; workplace; security; value delivery; and legal. He previously served as chief procurement officer and has been with Coca-Cola since 2009. Previously, he worked for Anheuser-Busch and Ernst & Young.
All three leaders started their current positions Oct. 1, and their elections as corporate officers are effective immediately. All report to John Murphy, the company’s president and chief financial officer.
Keurig Dr Pepper has appointed Sudhanshu Priyadarshi as Chief Financial Officer, effective Nov. 14, 2022. He will report to Chief Executive Officer Ozan Dokmecioglu and lead the company's Finance and Information Technology organizations.
Priyadarshi is a seasoned global finance, strategy and operations executive, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the food & beverage, retail, pharmaceutical and logistics industries. He has spent the majority of his career at multi-national CPG and retail companies, namely PepsiCo and Walmart.
Priyadarshi was most recently CFO at Vista Outdoor Inc., overseeing all financial management and strategic planning for the sporting and outdoor goods company during a period of significant organic and inorganic growth.
Priyadarshi started his career at PepsiCo, where he spent 14 years in financial and corporate strategy roles, including as CFO of Global R&D & PepsiCo Global Nutrition Platforms. Following PepsiCo, he moved to Cipla, a top-10 global generic pharmaceutical company, where he was Global Chief Operating Officer, leading the company's 14,000 employees in 80 countries and successfully executing more than 20 M&A transactions.
Priyadarshi then joined Walmart, serving as Vice President of Finance and Strategy for the $100 billion General Merchandise and Softlines division, and then Vice President of Finance for the growing U.S. ecommerce business. He left Walmart to become CFO of Flexport, a worldwide provider of logistics solutions.
