Heineken, Diageo buy Interbrew African stake
Heineken and Diageo have together acquired a 28.9 per cent stake in Namibia Breweries from Belgian brewer Interbrew.

Commission approves Interbrew's horeca arrangements
New arrangements allowing horeca outlets in Belgium with ties to market leading brewer Interbrew to sell beer produced by other brewers have been approved by the European Commission.
